The "V" Stretch

This is a method, which exerts great force on the tunica and ligaments by pulling the penis from the point where it is attached along a single axis.

When simple stretches are performed, any force is exerted from the points where the penis is attached to the body.

This technique increases imbalances in the stress of the penis because it incorporates a secondary transverse force.

This allows the force created by the hand to be more effective on a targeted area of the tunica. This would be possible if the entire tunica was under equal tension.

The "V" Stretch Technique
The stress experienced in a cord is increased as the load supported by the cord is positioned in a specific manner.

This specific manner requires for the anchored ends to approach 180 degrees.

If we put it differently, if we suspended a 20 pound force from a cord it would exert only 20 pounds of force within the fibers of the cord.

But if we anchored the cord from two ends and we would put the 20 pounds mass in the center, the tension within the rope would increase greatly.

For example, you may try to hand from a clothes line tied to a tree branch.

But if you try the same thing when it is stretched between two line poles, it might break under your weight.

This method is not useful because of the decomposition of vector forces into component directions.

It is useful because of the localization of the forces at the point of the bend.

What you should remember:

  • When you perform the warm up for the V Stretch Technique, you should wrap the towel on the penis shaft and on the ligaments around the pubic bone as well.
  • The grip should be half an inch from the coronal ridge of the glans, in line with the circumcision scar.
  • The uncircumcised people should retract the foreskin fully before attaching the grip.
  • At the end of a session you should gently slap your penis or massage it. In this way the blood flow will be restored.
  • Another important factor is the level of force.
  • As you very well know, the body adapts quickly. That is why a routine can lose its productivity after some sessions.
  • If you don't apply the right pressure, the penis will become harder to stretch in the future due to stronger fibers which are regenerated.
  • During the exercise you shouldn't feel any discomfort or pain. If this happens, you should stop immediately.
"V" Stretch Variations
  • You should use your right hand, create an OK grip and hold the head of the penis.
  • Then, you should extend your penis to a full stretch and hold it for 5 seconds.
  • With the thumb of your left hand you should press down in the middle of the penis and hold it like this for 20 seconds.
  • You should then carefully take away your left hand.
  • Then you should take your left thumb and press down near the base of the penis, holding it for 20 seconds.
  • Carefully release your left hand afterwards.
  • You should then use your left thumb and press down near the head of the penis, holding it for 20 seconds.
  • All the movements described above should be performed for 10 minutes.
