Risk-Free Exercising

You shouldn't risk your health or your safety, which is why it is important for you to strictly follow all the instructions for the exercises as they are outlined.

If it is possible you should follow the times we recommend for each exercise and to use proper technique for your routine.

While exercising you should keep in mind to:

  • listen to your body
  • don't overdo it

If you do something wrong during the workout, you will notice certain signs:

  • Over-exertion signs are broken capillaries and slight bruises of the penis. These signs appear if the pressure applied to the penis is too hard or if you exercise too much. If these signs appear you should take some days off from exercising and allow your penis to heal. When you start the workouts again you should strictly follow the instructions.

  • If blisters appear on your penis, this is a sign that too much pressure has been applied for too long. There are some exercises that need to be performed with a firm pressure but if blisters appear you should not exercise for a few days allowing your penis to heal. If these blisters do not disappear in a week, you should go to a doctor.

  • Too much stretching brings with it red sores. This happens if you have stretched your penis for too far or if you didn't follow the time instructions. If these symptoms appear you should stop exercising for some days. After you start your workout again you should make sure that you don't stretch for too far or too much.

  • If you don't use enough lubrication, chaffing may appear as a result of friction or the skin being irritated. This doesn't occur only because of the lack of lubrication, it may also appear if too much pressure is applied to the penis. Also this problem may appear because of the lubricant. So, make sure that you use the proper lubricant and that you apply the pressure that is required.
Don't overdo it!

There are some men who are very enthusiastic when they start an enlargement program that they overdo it. But in the case of enlargement exercises you have to understand that too much really means too much.
